Compensation: Up to $35.00/hr + Weekly proficiency bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Perform oil changes
- Replace bulbs and air filters
- Check fluid levels, brakes, tires and other minor repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
- Use necessary diagnostic equipment (scan tools, TP tools, Alldata, A/C equipment) DVOM, etc. to diagnose various no start, poor run, squeaks, rattles, front suspension, check engine lights or poor run conditions
- Make virtually all repairs needed to recondition cars start to finish
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Previous detail experienced
- Must be team oriented
- Automotive degree and/or certification preferred
- Ability to provide your own basic tools
- Must be reliable and have a good work ethic
- Ability to bend, stoop, knell, lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended period of time
