IPB Digital & Data Transformation - Product Manager - VP

International Private Bank (IPB) Digital & Data Transformation team seeks a VP level Product Manager to lead the evolution of the Advisor platform digital experience. This role focuses on empowering Advisors with an intuitive, AI-enabled toolkit that drives proactive client engagement and world-class service delivery across markets.

You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Advisors leverage insights and intelligence to serve our clients. Working as part of a product triad with Design and Engineering, you'll drive digital capabilities to maximize business value and operational impact, while establishing a scalable platform strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial services (preferably private/digital banking), extensive product delivery experience, an AI-first mindset, and the ability to influence without authority across complex, matrixed organizations. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills are essential.
