Job Description
- Optimize the zone staffing of service technicians, by planning the personnel needs including route organization, workloads and training.
- Execute leadership to technicians in matters of customer and employee satisfaction, adding value to the business, quality of work and operational efficiency.
- Conduct periodical inspections ensuring fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage problem solving of sick units.
- Control and supervise the EI team in his area of responsibility, plan and distribute the work inside the group according to the Gants & ensure that the Gants are followed by the technician.
- Maintain the requested work offers from clients and ensure delivery methods
- Support the EI Sales Engineers in MOD business after acceptance & offer Execution.
- Manage and follow-up actions of customer claims and complaints.
- Request the development and/or adaptation of product and services, work closely according to zone matrix as a partnership with Sales Branch Manager to manage maintenance portfolio together from the service contract offer to the collection of bad debts including follow-up actions based on the market requirements.
- Assure the execution of maintenance tasks according to Schindler policy.
- To carry out periodic surveys on site to guarantee the pursuit of the customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with safety guidelines in accordance to Schindler ONs.
