Join us as a Working Student / Internship Project & Event Coordinator (m/f/d) 70-100% The Schindler City Center is an international customer and visitor center in Ebikon and the heart of the Schindler City campus. As a member of the Live Communications team you will play a key role in shaping outstanding visitors and event experiences at Schindler City. Working in a dynamic, international environment, you’ll be at the center of a vibrant ecosystem of customers, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring every visit and event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression . What you’ll work on and why it matters O rganize and coordinate visits and events within Schindler City to ensure a smooth, professional and welcoming experience . Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance the visitor experience, ensuring every detail is top-notch. Plan and book guides, translators, specialists, hosts and senior management participation . Act as the central point of contact for all Schindler City enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses . Support marketing and promotion activities of Schindler City, elevating the company’s global presence and reputation . How you like to work You enjoy working in a service ‑ oriented, fast ‑ paced environment, stay organized even when juggling multiple stakeholders, and bring a proactive, solution ‑ focused mindset to creating great customer experiences. What you bring and what you’ll develop Completed vocational training in a relevant field, recent federal Matura, or current studies in event management, tourism, business administration, or a related discipline Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail Confident handling of IT tools and digital systems Fluent German and good level of English Why Schindler?
