
Director of Sales
Job Description
Benecard is seeking a Director of Sales to grow our fixed‑rate, guaranteed‑cost products across Eastern Pennsylvania. In this territory‑based role, you’ll partner with brokers, consultants, and plan sponsors to drive new business and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
Execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed goals for fixed‑rate and guaranteed‑cost offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key decision‑makers
Educate partners on Benecard’s guaranteed‑cost model and articulate competitive advantages
Develop and deliver targeted sales presentations aligned to client needs
Manage the full sales cycle, including RFPs, proposals, and proof proposals
Monitor market and regulatory trends and share insights internally and externally
Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all sales activity
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Qualifications
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or a related field
Strong broker and consultant relationships and channel expertise
Active Pennsylvania State Health Insurance License (required)
Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, travel‑intensive role
