Associate Director of Operations

This position provides comprehensive academic support services within Graduate Business Programs at Baylor University, with a primary focus on the full-time MBA (FTMBA) program. The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for advising students, monitoring and tracking academic progress, and managing academic and operational functions that contribute to student success from enrollment through graduation.
