You have gained 0–2 years of mechanical design or system-level engineering experience (internship/co-op acceptable)
You have experience with automation, material handling systems, or capital equipment preferred
You are proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
You understand mechanical design principles, including statics, dynamics, materials, and manufacturing methods
You have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
You can apply engineering judgment in a project-based, fast-paced environment
You are comfortable working in office, shop, and warehouse environments with occasional exposure to noise, confined spaces, and temperature changes
