Job Description

Attend to all colleague accommodation requests with courteous, professional service

Liaise with the Human Resources team to ensure allocated rooms are prepared prior to colleague arrivals

Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for all residents

Manage the collection, sorting, and distribution of colleague mail and package deliveries

Conduct routine inspections of colleague rooms and shared spaces, including the training room, offices, common areas, restrooms, and laundry facilities, reporting and documenting any issues or damages

Coordinate with the third-party property management to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and repairs, maintaining accurate records in the Work Order Tracker

Oversee deep cleaning programs in accordance with scheduled timelines

Monitor the correct use and storage of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals, as well linens, to prevent misuse and minimize waste

Assist with monthly and quarterly inventory checks

Facilitate thorough handovers at the end of each shift by logging all relevant information, concerns, and outstanding requests

Brainstorm, organize, and execute colleague engagement events, wellness activities, and special initiatives as assigned

Communicate emergency housing procedures to residents, respond to urgent situations, and handle emergency phone calls as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources, Manager, Human Resources, Manager, Colleague Housing, or other members of the Management team
