Traveling Administrator

If so, HMG Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Traveling Administrator to oversee facility operations and uphold excellence across the organization in facilities that have leadership openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Provide guidance and leadership to facility managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality care standards.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, offering mentorship, training, and support to enhance staff performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial reports, implementing strategies to optimize resources effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to maintain exceptional quality of care and service delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Maintain a current Texas nursing home administrator license.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years nursing home administrator experience.
  • Proven experience in successfully running a LTC facility.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Texas and Kansas and adapt to various work environments.***
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
