Job Description

  • Builds strong and effective relationships with HCP’s (including hospital pharmacists) within the relevant Hospital/specialist centers and in private practice
  • Highly skilled in using a customer relationship management approach to capture valuable insights around needs and expectations of their customers
  • Demonstrate a holistic approach in connecting with customers, providing clinical knowledge and the ability to anticipate environmental changes and obstacles
  • Differentiates product value proposition to all Healthcare providers, to Physicians or other stakeholders assigned to develop and maintain advocates for innovative therapies
  • Continuously strive to gain market intelligence: insights on customer needs, expectations, and environmental challenges
  • Develop Key Account Plans in collaboration with MSL and marketing, focused on key accounts with measurable objectives and tactics to gain access and deliver added value to customers
  • Work in collaboration with MSL (Medical Scientific Liaison Manager) and marketing to best address the customer need with a win-win approach
