Customer Support Representative

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and in‑person communication
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting
  • Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system)
  • Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
  • Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy
