Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, quotes, shipment coordination, and order expediting
Process customer and distributor orders accurately using SAP (ERP system)
Track and follow orders from quote through shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and service requests
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure customer data accuracy
