- Help Distributors to manage business profitably & monitor the progress
- Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the company
- Monitor and minimize the level of goods returns
- Ensure distributor’s efficient and effective support for the market coverage
Control, Training and Communication: -
- Review of sales, calls and other performance reports
- Accurate and timely reports on Market intelligent: competitor’s activity, price changes
and promotional support
- Development & Training of ECP’s and Distributor Sales Force
- Comply with company reporting forms and systems
- Comply with all company policy, instruction and directives
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Sales, Customer & Distributor- B2B Sales in FMCG/ FMCD, Medical devices/ pharmaceutical industries.
- Must be familiar with local markets/Key towns.
A. NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL: This role will be working closely with colleagues from across the Sales teams, marketing, operations, customer service and finance-collections.
EXTERNAL: This role will be managing multiple external stakeholders
B. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
- Post-graduation in Management from a reputed business school is preferred.
