Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • Provide expert-level technical support and assistance to optometry businesses, and optical clinics through inbound/outbound, specific to the Call Center activity ;
  • Respond to Rhein Visioncustomer's inquiries related to orders, product features, and technical specifications and ensure swift and efficient resolution of complex technical questions related to the product to minimize disruption to customer operations;
  • Provide support and assist Rhein Vision customers in selecting, ordering, and using optometry-related products (e.g., lenses, frames). Ensures product promotion in conversations with customers, informing customers about product offers, technical details, and ways to sell products;
  • Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment for business customers. Actively monitor all orders and requests from customers in the portfolio, offering active support when needed;
  • Manage and update prices in the system according to internal requirements and client specifications. 
  • Permanently cooperates with Lens Sales Representatives by exchanging information, to promote and increase the volume of lens sales;
