Retail Supervisor

We’re pretty lucky with the personalities we have on our Retail team so we’re looking for a pretty unique individual to guide them through the day. Adding to and building on our positive culture is critical, so an upbeat outlook on the day regardless of how busy we are is absolutely imperative. A cool head under pressure, a customer focused people person and someone constantly driving their team to excel, and who can identify and utilize the strengths of each individual are our key drivers for the successful applicant.
