Job Description

Purpose of Position

The Sales Consultant role is an opportunity to join one of the most recognised names in global aviation training at a particularly exciting time for the Farnborough Learning Centre, with significant growth and redevelopment plans underway.

This is a commercially focused role suited to someone looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced international sales environment. Aviation experience is advantageous, but not essential; curiosity, adaptability, commercial instinct, and the ability to build strong relationships are equally important.

Working across international regions, you will engage with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders, from Chief Pilots and aircraft owners to operators, maintenance managers, and training coordinators. No two customer requirements are the same, making this a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning quickly, and operating in a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Scheduling Teams, and Operations to help customers access world-class aviation training solutions across the latest aircraft OEM platforms.

The role provides the opportunity to develop genuine commercial ownership, manage high-value customer relationships, and work across complex international training requirements. Individuals who consistently perform and demonstrate strong commercial capability will have clear progression opportunities within the wider sales organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career within a globally recognised aviation brand, working in a high-performance commercial environment with strong opportunities for progression and earning potential.
