Coordinator, Anesthesia Clinical & Ops Integration

The Coordinator of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration supports the planning, coordination, and execution of anesthesia program launches and practice integrations across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Anesthesia Clinical & Operations Integration, this role assists in the operational activation and stabilization of newly awarded anesthesia programs. Working closely with the Director of Ops Integration, the permanent Ops team, key hospital stakeholders, clinical leadership, and central services teams, the Coordinator helps ensure new programs are operationally prepared for launch, key integration activities are executed effectively, and operational processes are established to support stable early program operations
