QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, aligned to the primary engineering discipline(s) managed by the CoE Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams, hubs, or Centers of Excellence Strong understanding of engineering delivery models for complex products, systems, or capital projects Demonstrated ability to act as a working leader, combining strategic leadership with operational involvement Experience scaling engineering organizations and building leadership layers Strong stakeholder management and cross‑cultural leadership skills Business acumen with experience in budget ownership, cost control, and organizational growth
