- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly to transport residents to designated locations.
- Consults appropriate departments daily to determine/confirm transportation needs and schedules.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal vehicle condition.
- Loads and unloads residents in a safe manner, according to written procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays.
- Keeps any records required to bill residents for transportation services and forwards to the business office.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
- Valid For Hire driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no recent violations or accidents.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems.
- Physical ability to load and unload residents if required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous professional driving experience in a similar role.
- Good customer service skills to interact professionally with clients.
