Crane Operator / CDL Driver – Commercial Roofing
Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company
Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company—and one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S.—is seeking a Crane Operator / CDL Driver to support our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the safe lifting, transport, and placement of materials on job sites and rooftops.
Crane experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train candidates with strong heavy equipment experience who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a crane to lift and place roofing materials on commercial job sites
- Drive company CDL vehicles to transport materials and equipment
- Load and unload materials using a crane, forklift, or other equipment
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment
- Set up and operate crane equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with material handling and general job site support as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) with a clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment (required)
- Crane operator experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
