Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

About the position

The SFE Manager has a strategic role in global commercial excellence by shaping, governing, and elevating Field Force (FF) performance across diverse international markets. The role requires advanced capability in data analytics, performance strategy, CRM governance, and cross‑functional alignment. Acts as a business partner to commercial leadership teams, ensuring that insights, processes, and systems collectively drive sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create executive‑level insights by integrating activity, performance, and sales datasets
  • Drive FF planning cycles, including call‑plan governance, capacity modeling, and alignment with brand and marketing prioritiesű
  • Own the S&T framework: lead segmentation reviews, initiate targeting upgrades, define methodology, and deliver capability‑building programs
  • Ensure seamless system integration across CRM and BI applications
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives designed to optimize commercial efficiency, improve resource allocation, and enhance field effectiveness
  • Oversee incentive scheme evaluation, redesign processes, and ensure performance‑management frameworks remain impactful and future‑ready
  • Represent the organization at stakeholders in FF excellence topics
  • Design and implement operational improvements 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related area.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages preferred

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years in SFE, Commercial Excellence, analytics, CRM governance, or strategic commercial roles
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing within pharma or biotech or medical device industry
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional commercial projects
