As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide a team of 7–10 Brewistas, ensuring smooth operations while learning how to run a business. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, systems, and guest experience from the ground up—and to grow with us as we expand.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for leading a team of 7-10 people while learning how to run a business.
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Keep operations running smoothly, from inventory to shift checklists.
- Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.
What We Need From You:
- Leadership skills and a passion for building people up.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Previous food service or retail leadership experience is a plus.
Salary Description:
- $13.73/hr base pay
- Tip-eligible role
