Job Title: STREAM/Robotics Teacher (2026-2027 School Year)
Reports to: Principal

Overview
St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School, established in 1981, offers Pre kindergarten 3 through Grade 8 in a Christ-centered environment. Our mission, to nurture the development of each student while incorporating academic excellence in an atmosphere of faith, discipline, love, and service is evident throughout the school. Along with core subjects, students experience physical education, art, music, band, technology, Life Skills, and drama. Teachers are degreed and Florida certified and are committed to helping students achieve.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and administers school grade-level curriculum consistent with Diocesan goals and objectives.
- Promotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction.
- Develops detailed lesson plans and related instructional materials.
- Provide coaching for STREAM/Robotics middle schoolers.
- Oversee STREAM/Robotics middle school team.
- Conduct and coordinate STREAM lessons once per week to grades PK-8.
- Translates lesson plans into learning experiences; differentiates instruction based on student learning style and needs.
- Conducts ongoing assessment of student learning.
- Continues professional knowledge of developments in the educational field by attending seminars, workshops, and professional meetings.
- Encourages parental involvement in student education and ensures effective communication to students and parents.
- Develop partnerships with community programs and businesses to integrate STREAM opportunities into the school.
- Actively participates in faculty meetings and committees.
- Participates in activities outside of the classroom involving students.
- Complete any additional duties as assigned.
