Job Details
The Maintenance - Ambulance will perform the tasks as listed below. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
- Cleanses the exterior of the ambulance vehicles using water, provided cleanser, and handle brushes
- Cleanses the interior of the ambulances using water, provided cleanser and mop/handle brush
- Cleanses each bathroom, including all fixtures and floors using provided cleansers and tools
- Cleanses the floors using provided cleansers and mop/handle brush
- Vacuums carpets
- Empties full trash containers and replaces the bag
- Wipes down horizontal surfaces using provided cleansers
- Reports when supplies, cleansers and tools are running low, broken or in need of repair
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and balance up to 150 pounds without assistance and up to 300 pounds with assistance.
