Flexible Scheduling Options

  • Create a schedule that works for you: start with 30 hours/week and grow from there

  • Part-time options: 20+ hours/week qualify for part-time benefits

Competitive Compensation

  • $33.65 – $40.87 per hour depending on experience

  • Paid based on clock-in/clock-out, not patient attendance

Who You Are

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

  • Passionate about improving children’s lives

  • Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare
