Experienced Veterinary Technician –

Are you an experienced Veterinary Technician who loves patient care and wants to take the next step by assisting in surgery? We’re looking for a skilled, confident technician with 2+ years of experience who enjoys being hands-on in the exam room and supporting doctors in both medical and surgical settings.

This role is perfect for someone ready to grow, expand their technical skills, and be a key part of a collaborative veterinary team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting doctors during exams, treatments, and procedures

• Assisting with surgical prep, monitoring, and recovery

• Patient restraint, TPRs, histories, and client communication

• Preparing and administering vaccines, drawing blood, placing catheters

• Running in-house diagnostics and preparing lab samples

• Educating clients on medications, preventatives, and care plans

• Keeping exam rooms and treatment areas running efficiently and compassionately

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on veterinary technician experience

• Comfortable assisting in surgery and eager to expand surgical skills

• Confident in the exam room with both patients and clients

• Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment

• Reliable, organized, and calm in a fast-paced setting

• Strong commitment to quality patient care and safety

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Surgical anesthesia monitoring experience

• Experience with Impromed (or similar veterinary software)

• Fear Free–style handling experience

• Leadership mindset or interest in taking on increased responsibility
