🕐 Schedule: Full-Time Preferred (Flexible with Part-Time) 
 Typical shifts 8a–6p, 9a–6p, and Saturdays 7a–1p
💵 Pay Range: Veterinary Assistant: $20–$24/hour

We’re searching for a capable Veterinary Assistant (VA) to support our expanding medical team—including a new doctor starting in June. Who You Are:

• An Experienced Veterinary Assistant (OTJ Training) with 3+ years of clinical experience, particularly in anesthesia, dentistry, and patient care.
• Passionate about mentoring others and contributing to consistent, high-quality workflows.
• A natural leader and team player with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to grow technically and emotionally in a structured and supportive environment.
• Able to accommodate flexible weekday scheduling and Saturday shifts.
• Effective communicator who contributes to a supportive, honest workplace

What You’ll Do:

• Support and coach fellow technicians to ensure adherence to hospital protocols and medical standards.
• Oversee daily technician workflow including anesthesia, diagnostics, surgical prep, and patient care.
• Partner with Veterinarians during exams and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and champion client communication.
• Help foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
