🐾 Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

We’re looking for a full-time CSR to be the welcoming face of our hospital—someone who keeps things running smoothly while creating a great experience for every client who walks through our doors (and every pet who drags them in 🐶🐱).


✨ What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and pets by name and make them feel at home

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk

  • Communicate clearly with clients about services, care, and next steps

  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments

  • Keep records accurate and organized

  • Jump in to help the team and keep the day moving

  • Recognize urgent situations and alert medical staff

 Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Knowledge of basic veterinary terms and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Patience and respect for client, patients and colleagues
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations

 Physical/Emotional Demands:

  • Standing/walking/lifting. (Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs)
  • The applicant must be able to adapt to emotional transitions between appointments—for example, shifting from a joyful puppy or kitten visit to compassionate euthanasia.
