Back to jobsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
AA/AS or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role. Understanding of data recording/acquisition systems such as IBA is preferred.
Strong safety awareness and experience.
Demonstrated capability of providing results through people, technology, and process.
Basic SAP & general computer knowledge is required.
Basic understanding of automated manufacturing processes.
Be able to communicate and motivate coherently- both verbally and via written media.
Understand principles of manufacturing.
Able to work rotating shifts and extended hours on occasion when required.
