Job Description

  • Supporting the implementation of our customer strategy within the assigned OEM
  • Managing all sales-related activities in the "Acquire & Quote" and "Develop & Launch" phases
  • Leading customer meetings and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across OEM teams and within our organization
  • Identifying cost optimization opportunities and supporting product cost calculations
  • Demonstrating strong understanding of BIW/Chassis metal stampings, welded assemblies, and aluminum extrusions together with associated manufacturing processes
  • Preparing accurate and timely sales planning data based on customer sourcing timing and strategy
  • Documenting projects in internal systems with a focus on data integrity
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the OEM and internal teams to ensure program success
  • Promoting a respectful and inclusive team environment while mentoring and supporting others
