Equipment Operator

The Overhead Distribution Operator works as part of a line crew under the supervision of a Line Foreman or Lead Lineman to safely operate, maintain, and repair overhead electrical distribution systems. This role supports linemen in the installation and operation of electrical equipment, including switching and sectionalizing devices, and assists in restoring power during outages and performing scheduled maintenance.
