Caregiver/Cook - PRN 7a-7p

Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Director, Blackshear Villa, the Care Specialist/Cook is an active member provides comfort measures and basic care to residents. They work under close supervision and according to specific instructions performing a variety of basic patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. The Care Specialist/Cook will prepare balanced meals and snacks in accordance with prescribed menus and resident dietary restrictions, as well as performing routine tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting bathrooms. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free living environment to ensure resident safety and comfort.
