Certified Medical Assistant - Full Time - Days - Floater

Position Summary: Under the leadership of the department Manager, Physician Services, the Medical Assistant is an active member of the Physician Services team that collects data and provides comfort measures and care to patients. The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing care that is appropriate for the patient’s developmental age and is culturally sensitive. The Medical Assistant formulates an appropriate plan for care and analyzes the effectiveness of interventions while effectively interacting with patients, families’ other medical office staff members. The Medical Assistant maintains standards of professional nursing.
