In Person and Virtual Care- Physician Family Medicine or IM-Peds - With Focus on Medicaid and CHP+ Members

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group is expanding, and we are seeking board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or IM-Peds physicians to provide comprehensive medical services to patients covered by Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members, regardless of age or sex, on a continuous basis. 70% patient facing time with 30% telehealth visits that can be done from home.
