Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN), Nights, Full Time

This position will assume an active role in clinical education of patients, families, and staff. Functions effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making to achieve quality patient care. Integrates current evidence-based practice with clinical expertise for delivery of optimal health care. Our focus is to continuously improve the quality and safety of healthcare systems by minimizing risk of harm to patients and providers through both system effectiveness and individual performance. Uses information and technology to communicate, monitor, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision-making.
