At Country Meadows/Ecumenical, nursing leadership is more than overseeing care—it’s about supporting residents in a homelike environment while guiding and developing the teams who care for them every day. We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who brings strong clinical skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a commitment to both resident well-being and team support. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing and campus leadership to provide day-to-day clinical oversight, support staff development, and help ensure consistent, high-quality care in a setting where relationships matter and leadership is present.

Full time 9am-5pm, includes every 6th weekend and holiday
