SITE TRAINER - RESIDENTIAL YOUTH TREATMENT

The Site Trainer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training for the sites for which this position is responsible. They will schedule, oversee and provide opportunities for required annual and continued staff training necessary for compliance with licensing regulations and ROP standards. The Trainer oversees New Hire Orientation Training, Annual Recertification Training, Essential Subjects, and On the Job Training.  They Identify employees on correction/improvement plans and provide the additional training necessary to ensure the employees successfully complete the improvement plan.  They compile, log, file, and submits training documentation for the monthly Key Performance Indicators. Assist in administration of the recruiting process.
