Physical Performance Fellow - Scottsdale, AZ

The Minor League Physical Performance Fellow supports player health, development, and performance throughout the season while gaining hands-on experience in a high-performance professional baseball environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with players and staff to help deliver individualized and team-based performance programs, while learning and growing within a collaborative, player-first setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop their skills in strength & conditioning, recovery, and player support at the professional level.

This position is based primarily in Scottsdale, AZ, with travel as needed throughout the season.
