Job Description
Manage customer accounts and the lifecycle of customer orders by answering product and service inquiries, providing timely and accurate quotes, resolving issues, and maintaining complete and up-to-date sales orders within the ERP system. This role will collaborate with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure both customer needs and internal requirements are met.
