Registered Nurse | Center for Surgical Care

At CentraCare's Center for Surgical Care, a Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality, safe, and effective care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Patients also come to us for outpatient surgery and benefit greatly from being near the full services of the St. Cloud Hospital. We provide care to our patients all hours of the day.

Schedule

• Full Time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital 

• Day/evening | 8-hr shifts | Various start times between 5:15am-12:30pm | Monday-Friday 

• Approximately every 8th Saturday on-call 

• No holidays or Sundays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
  • Pay range: $41.34- $62.01 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
• National Certification in a Nursing Specialty is preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a full time or part time benefited position and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it with 120 days of employment.
