
Supervisor Imaging supporting Outpatient Services, Nursing and Interventional Radiology
Job Description
Provides leadership and operational oversight for Imaging RNs, Outpatient Services, and Interventional Radiology services at St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Health Plaza, including nurses, Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs), Radiologic Technologists, and Endovascular Techs.
Accountable for day-to-day operations, staffing, workflow, and performance across all areas to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. Partners with physician and multidisciplinary leaders to align clinical practice, optimize procedural and imaging services, and meet patient care needs.
Leads team development, engagement, and retention while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards, and drives continuous improvement through data, evidence-based practice, and quality initiatives.
Supports organizational priorities by contributing to operational planning, program development, and financial performance across imaging and interventional services.
Schedule:
- Full-time 72 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri Days 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $102,086.40 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $102,086.40-$153,129.60 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Experience:
- 4 years clinical imaging experience preferred
- 2 years leadership experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in nursing
- Current license in the state of Minnesota
- Advanced Radiology Life Support (ARLS) certification obtained within 6 months
- National Certification in Radiology and Imagining Nursing preferred
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider preferred
