Department Manager - Farm & Animal Health - Montevideo, MN

We have a wonderful career opportunity's as a Department Manager of our Farm & Animal Health department. The Department Manager is responsible for merchandising and sales within his or her assigned department. Department Managers are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and report to the Store Manager. Looking for someone with strong leadership skills and delegation as well as ability to Train all team members within department. This position will require ability to work days, nights, and every other weekend. Experience and knowledge in farm operations & animal care products is needed.

Hourly Pay Range: $15.00-$17.50 (Depending on Experience)
