Job Description
The Operations Manager is an experienced leader who supports their General Manager and is on the front line with their team. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the Facilities departments including achieving financial goals, creating and sustaining a high-performance team and providing strong leadership in areas of customer service, cleanliness, culture and operations management. When not on the front line, the Operations Manager is tackling scheduling, payroll, recruitment, training, inventory management, staff accountability, coaching & counseling. The Operations Manager acts as a brand ambassador and exemplifies the organization’s mission, vision, philosophy and values.
