Lean Specialist

The Lean Specialist role is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining Lean and Continuous Improvement processes across manufacturing, warehouse, and quality operations at our primary manufacturing facility. This role is a key member of the Operations and Supply Chain leadership team and plays a critical role in driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, and Cost while enhancing customer satisfaction and bottom-line performance.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role that leads improvement initiatives directly and builds organizational capability by influencing, coaching, and developing enthusiasm for Lean thinking throughout the organization.
