Director - Laboratory Services

The Director of Laboratory Services provides leadership for all aspects of the Laboratory across two sites (Lebanon and Anson). This role ensures 24/7 operational oversight, continuous regulatory readiness (CLIA, Joint Commission, CAP), and uncompromising quality and patient safety, excellent service levels, and high performance culture. The Director manages multi-site operations, people, technology, and finances; partners closely with medical staff, nursing, service lines, and corporate functions; and leads strategic planning for growth, modernization, and innovation. Accountable for maintaining accreditation with The Joint Commission and compliance with CLIA-88 and other applicable standards.
