Job Description
The Benefits & Payroll Coordinator reports to the Manager, Total Rewards with a dotted reporting line to the Manager, Payroll. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of Armstrong Collective’s benefits programs, serving as the primary point of contact for benefits and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience through dependable service, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail. In addition, the role provides essential administrative and reporting support to the payroll function, contributing to accurate processing and compliance.
