Social Worker II - Casual

Facilitates person centred care by conducting a social work program for assigned residents and families related to residents' needs. Teaches, communicates and participates in educational services. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the Social Work service in collaboration with the Centre Management Team. Performs other related duties as assigned.

A baccalaureate degree in Social Work or equivalent is required. Registration in the Alberta College of Social Workers is required.
