Job Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Program Administrator Premium Service Center to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for opening and monitoring work orders working with local Convergint offices (CTCs) for updates and resolutions, providing direction on solutions based on knowledge of customer requirements and history. Analyze complex problems and delivers solutions where precedent may not exist. Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
