As a Trainer for Converting Associates, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of skilled associates. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, mentoring new team members, and ensuring that every associate is confident, capable, and ready to excel.
The work schedule for this position is 12 hours, one week Wednesday – Saturday with a possible additional shift every other Saturday and next week Thursday – Saturday 5:45AM - 6:00PM. F Shift. Booneville, AR location.
