We are seeking a hands-on Lead Developer to provide technical leadership and drive the design, development, and support of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on IBM i platforms and integrated business systems. This role is responsible for establishing architecture, guiding development standards, and ensuring scalable, reliable solutions that align with business objectives. The position combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring developers, overseeing the full software lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve system issues and deliver enhancements. Strong experience with IBM i technologies such as RPG, CL, DB2, and SQL is required, along with familiarity with APIs, JSON, and modern languages like Python or PHP.
