Hilton Charlotte Uptown has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Culinary professional! Our Sous Chef will focus on the leadership and support of our Culinary team, Coastal Restaurant team and related F&B operations in partnership with our Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will ensure all standards of food quality and service standards are delivered. The Sous Chef will manage all Culinary production for our Banquet department and the Coastal Restaurant. Responsible for achieving Hilton Brand standards as well maintaining health sanitation standards. Minimum of 2 years of Culinary supervisory experience within a full-service hotel property or similar environment experience is required.
